Today is Sep 30, and I still have not received my order placed on August 12. I wrote several emails complaining about it and the customer service kept telling me be patient. I really don't know how it is gonna end...

It's a bad experience.
I placed my order on 8/12/04 and was charged in full on the very same day. However, it's been a month (today is Sep 12,2004) and I still haven't received anything yet. I tried to contact their customer service by email but their response was slow. So far I haven't heard from them yet.
I honestly don't know what to do now. I paid nearly 180 USD. Who knows what I can do?
