Prices are definitely MSRP. I order items that are hard to find elsewhere. Free gift wrapping and shipping is great. Lots of free samples. My last order was shipped out the next day from placing the order and since I live so close to their warehouse, I received it the day after with ground shipping. I'd have to say that they have great service.

Great site. Free samples & free gift pouch with order. I chose USPS Priority Mail and got 2 day service to California. Awesome!!!

Sephora.com is the BEST. The website is very easy to use and they have tons of products. The gift sets are always a hit!

I have had AWESOME shopping experiences with Sephora.com. Their prices may seem high, but you can always find a coupon or free shipping. They do an excellent job on their gift wrap-- even the basic black box is beautiful. The samples with checkout are always a fun plus!

Maybe they are overpriced because their customer service department is so busy. I purchased several gift items in Florida in November, just prior to boarding a flight home to Canada. Clerk placed items in box, nail polish leaked in carry-on. At first Sephora refused to discuss refund or exchange, did not read contents of my emails, suggested I exchange product in England (?) sent my file to Europe. I returned home from Christmas vacation to find a USPS notice - no discription of product, company or anything - asking me to confirm receipt to an unspecified address for an exchange which was not delivered. There also appears to be charge of $10.92 waiting for me, once the company tracks down the lost package. When they take 8 or 10 emails to admit their error, then they mail a Canadian file to Europe and they can't fill out postal service forms - it goes a long way to explaining their high costs.

They have a pretty huge product selection, but the products are kinda pricey. The perfumes are much more expansive compares to FragranceNet.com. (Just watch out for the S/H cost; try to get the free S/H deal if possible.)
And sephora's UPS shipment is slow, very slow.

Good product selection and excellent customer service.
I even got a personal handwritten note with my product when I had a problem.

I think Sephora has been more then generous in the promotions they have offered, but I think they need to revamp the returns process so it goes faster. Often they hold your return for 30 days before processing it and that's too long for my taste. But if you have any problems, ask for Marco in Customer Service and he will accomodate you as best he can. He is a winner and Sephora customers can only benefit from his expertise.
