These guys have great deals if you want the japanese version of the product you are getting. i only tried to buy a camera, i was told the memory carn wasn't out on the market...an xD card? been on the market a while when i told him that he tried to tell me it was a special one for high megapixel cameras. yeah right! i canceled my order. so if you want a cheap camera from japan get it here! I called Olympus becuase that was the brand i was looking at. They informed me that most camera place in new york are like this one and to avoid them. Olympus customer service suggested ButterflyPhoto.com. Camera on AandM was 276, retailed for 399 and butterfly had it for 316, no questions asked, just an easy buying experience!!!

As seen all over the net this company is horible they bait and switch and never sell for thier advertized prices. They always try to sell you overpriced accessories and if you don't buy they say it's out of stock. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Already 3 months I did not receive my products. You'll have to wait at least 15 min. or more for an operator. I've called them at least 20 times for the past 3 months, and everytime they tell me my products are backordered and will be shipped out the next week. I had finally cancelled my order.
