Customer service is abrupt. Ordered a 5 color set which was all from the same mfg. Shipped 2 Yellows instead of 1 Yellow & 1 Magenta. I emailed, they replied that I had to call them. Replacement arrived, but it was a different brand, different ink, and less quantity than other brand. Called again. Supposedly they don't carry the first brand anymore. What a frustrating experience. Don't plan on buying from them again!

Great experience w/ a refill kit and reman HP carts. The company shipped priority even though I only paid for stardard shipping. They were at my door across the country 3 days after I ordered. Would definitely purchase again.

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a merchant. Cartridges did not work AT ALL in my printer. Compatible HA! Printer didn't even recognize I had inserted new cartridges. Horribly RUDE (and apparently their ONLY customer service rep) rep wouldn't help at all. I'm returning. If I don't receive a refund within seven days, I'm issuing a charge back. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If the cartridges work for you, great, but if you have a problem, you are screwed!

I can get my ink cheaper from Epson's site by $2 without doing anything special. These guys aren't cheap.

Never had a problem, Over 10 orders. So, I don't know about customer service issues. Never had a need to call.

Terrible customer service! Inkjet cartridges clogged my printheads so I requested a refund since they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Offered only to send replacements. CS rep hung up on me!

This company is great. The best prices, always coupons, and good service. I have recieved toner cartridges that only last 1-2 weeks, just call up and they will send replacement. Great to work with.

I have dealt on and off with them for 2 years. They ship great and quality is good but their customer service is horrible. They misship, don't handle problems well at all - going to find a company that is more in tune with customer service
