Amondotech is a horrible online company!!! Warning, do not use them!!!
I ordered a universal battery charger from them and after 3 days it literally melted down.
I’m an electronics tech so I understand how to use a charger but this one was dangerous.

I emailed them and got one replay saying “It should run warm but not over heat” I called repeatedly and got a voicemail every time. I started mailing every day for a week and got nothing back. What they did do is start spamming me and they will not stop. I have reported them to spam cop and others but still getting spam. I found their supplier in China and emailed them about this item and got no reply. I am now forced to have my attorney take this over.

Confirmed order. Charged my card. Sent nothing.
After one "unavailable" note nothing but BS.
Even in 2007 everything can NOT be automated.

After 15 E-Mails exchanged NO RATIONAL ANSWERS.
I finally had my bank get money back from VISA.

Their BS (Bad Science) messages are automated.
The automated messages make little or no sense.
Very irriatated by their phony automated cheer.
Five (5) phone calls were ignored with no reply.

This company gets a Merchant From Hell award.
Note that they hide their physical address.
If their phone rings one gets cheerful lies.

Amondotech has my payment and I have received nothing but a bad experience from Amondotech.

I placed an $130 order and Amondotech's delivery agent (USPS) failed to deliver the items. After much stalling and excuses, Wanye (manager?) at Amondotech just has plain refused to respond. I was told by the people that answer the phone that Amondotech refuses take responsibility for their delivery agent's mistakes. Amondotech failed to request a signature delivery service and probably did not insure the delivery. The USPS SHOWS A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO THE WRONG ZIP CODE! And, the USPS has NO IDEA where the package has gone.

Amondotech extremely poor service attitude has been one of "We are not responsible (for our agent's failure)" and that I should sue the USPS (even though I have no basis because I did not hire the USPS, nor pay the USPS).

It seems there are quite few cheers for this company because just people receive their items as promised. However, the second a post-sale issue occurs, this company runs for cover and acts in bad faith.
