BEWARE OF THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDS. I ordered a sports bra from them in January which I am yet to receive as of March 18. My credit card was charged in January. First, they did not give the right address to UPS, and the item was sent back. When I wrote to them, they apologized, and said they would mail it again, and that I would have it in 7-11 days. After about 15 days, when the item did not arrive, I wrote to them again. They apologized again; said that they had "FORGOTTEN" to send the item, and would mail it. I am still awaiting the shipment.

Also, they haven't reported the purchase to fatwallet, so I have not got the credit either.

Adiitionally, I am not able to rate the store through fatwallet, so I am posting this comment here to warn others.

When they say 7-10 BUSINESS days, they mean 7-10 BUSINESS days. I could drive out to San Dego (from Indiana), pick up my purchase, and be back home before an item they shipped got to my door.

Their selection is good, and their prices using coupon codes are usually competitive. But they come no where near Zappos when it comes to shipping. I've place two orders through Zappos and received my items the following day--with no extra charge above their standard shipping price!!

Not again. Too Slooooooooow.

I have been a "VIP" member since 1990 and have never had a problem with the shipping or discount. You could probably do better price-wise, but where else can you run in the shoes for 60 days and still send them back. I typically order 2-3 diffferent pairs at a time to try out, and just send back the ones I don't like. I will not buy running shoes anywhere else.

No "real time" inventory. I'm always shorted part of my order. VIP membership is an "experience". RR has shipped my order via slowest/cheapest rate & not as promised under VIP membership "2-3 day priority shipping". They pocket the savings & also neglect to factor in the 10% off VIP "benefit". Use them to PM for a better deal at your local B&M running store. That way you will at least know what you are getting & what you will be paying.
