Ordered 30 packs of various Pocky and discounted stickers from the store. The shipment was fine and arrived (and was impressively packed). The shipment was missing items, and I had a handwritten letter saying that certain items did not ship because they were out of stock, and thus I would not be charged for them. However, I was charged for them (way before the order shipped); so I never got a refund. They have refused to respond to their own online feedback/customer service message system and to the phone. I would do business with them again for food (if they were in stock); however, I don't appreciate a company who does not respond to customer issues with the two only contact methods listed.
