BEWARE EWIZ! They "bait & switch" by advertising a low price popular product and then say they are out, offer a substitute at a higher price and then send a lower quality product. They give NO satisfaction in CS after stringing you along for 2 weeks 'discussing' the issue and refuse to give you contact info to their managers. To make it worse, the product in question is STILL on the website as advertised in the first place even though I am being told it was 'misadvertised'. Never again. Their local BBB has an F rating for them. I will do better homework next time before ordering.

I have been in business with ewiz for over 2 years. They have service my IT purchase and saved so much money by contacting them speaking to their sales team. I sometimes get deals at beyond the other competitor msrp. I'll stick with ewiz for a lot longer. Thanks ewiz!!!

Beware: once eWiz gets your e-mail they will spam you to no end. All my attempts (e-mail to all known addresses, including the one on their site listed as "Opt-out" address, and phone calls) have been ignored for the past four months. Frustrated, I've reported them to FTC and BBB. For such practices they've lost me as their customer.
