Nice staff, knew the product well. Delivery people were very polite. Looks like they have been working hard to do a better job.

Staff is not too helpful. After sales customer service is non-existant. But its probably same as BestBuy. You can haggle the price little bit. They sometimes price match, but not always.

I've shopped at the San Jose (W. San Carlos) location many times over the past 10 years. I have found the staff helpful and the sales prices to be quite competitive. We have purchased several appliances from this location on several different dates. Customer service was helpful when an item was dented during delivery. I'm very surprised to see the other unfavorible reviews...

Absolutely the WORST after purchase customer service of any place I have ever dealt with. It took them over three to weeks to attempt to install a washer/dryer unit that was finally installed by a third party contractor. I would not buy a dead dog from these idiots.

The sales rep at the East San Jose store was verbally abusive! When we changed our minds about buying the appliances, after realizing that they're overpriced, the sales rep told us to "GET OUT!" of the store. He kept on making loud, abusive remarks. I was upset and came back into the store and talked to the store manager, but the manager did not help us in any way. He was defending his employee. I've never had such a horrible shopping experience. The Western Appliance sales reps, to me, seemed very commission-driven! I would never shop there again!!!

People are unfriendly and work strictly off of commission. Their pricing isn't that great compared to Best Buy. But service needs huge improvement!
