I have been ordering from The Body Shop for about a year now and have not had any problems. The shipping time seems to be average although I would love to see them get the order out a little faster it is still exceptible as far as I am concerned. I usually just make sure to order my shampoo, conditioner and scrub at the first signes of running out. Product discriptions could be better.

The delivery took time (6 days from online order), but customer service was friendly and professional. Apolologies for a long weekend and accumulated orders. After talking to customer service the order got shipped the same day and arrived perfectly 2 days later.

TBS online site is unbelievable. I've never experienced customer service this pathetic. Ordered 12/26/06 called on 1/1/07 to see why order is still processing. Was told the site was not updated but order is on the way. Received an email from TBS on 1/2/07 which said that my order was cancelled... no reason was given for this. Called CS to discuss and was told that some of the items I ordered were not in stock so they cancelled the WHOLE ORDER!! WTH?! They told me to reorder if I wanted the in-stock items. Asked which they were and was told that they did not know. The Body Shop online has lost my business FOREVER!
