Do not purchase from this company... you are sure to regret it. You will be waiting a minimum of 1 month to get you're item (that's if you're lucky!). I never write reviews, but after the complete lack of human decency I experienced in dealing with their "customer service", I feel compelled to warn everyone to stay away! I don't think this business is a scam, but they surely do not have any items on hand... once you place an order, they will eventually get around to ordering your item from some supplier, who will be back-ordered and you will wait and wait and wait for your item to finally come in. I'm sure if that they will never get to your order if they find they will lose profit, after the fact... and then they wait for you to finally cancel your order (and eventually return your money).

Please Please avoid having anything to do with this company. I'm quite certain it's an online scam...do a search for thier name and many many complaints pop up. Most likely they have no real merchandise and rarely deliver products as promised. When an order is placed they deduct payment immedietly from credit card or paypal then not further contact is made on their part. No online recipt of payment is ever sent from them. If you do finally get in contact with the company, Carlos will tell you item is backordered and they will ship it later. If you ask for a refund, you will be told no problem...but the refund will never happen. Emails and calls are never returned. Any good reviews that show up on various sites are likely placed by these scammers. There is a reason their prices are so great...they don't deliver!!! There are many other online music companies out there who will.

I just wanted to take second and let others know about the experience I had with InstumentPro. I ordered a saxophone from them and the experience was outstanding. I have to admit after I ordered I started researching them. I know, why didnít I do that first? I actually felt pretty stupid for not doing that. And then all the negative comments had me very concerned. So I called and talked to Carlos (who was awesome) and he reassured me my order would be handled appropriately. Additionally, when I explained I had a little better pricing elsewhere, he worked out a modest discount that made it a great purchase. A few days later my saxophone (a Selmer SAS 280R) arrived and I love the horn! I have to say, I think a lot of the negative comments come from a few sour people who are probably just mad at the world in general. My experience with InstrumentPro, and Carlos in particular will have me buying from them again.

FWIW, stay FAR FAR FAR FAR away from InstrumentPro. I orderd an item online from them because it was cheap. I waited a few days before I received any kind of recognition of the order. I emailed them, asking what the status of the order was, and no response. I then emailed and said if I didn't hear back I would call my CC company and dispute. I got a response in the form of an email FW: to someone somehwere asking the status of the order, but the order number was not in the email. I called the CC company and disputed. No problems, that took care of that.... I thought...

About three weeks later, I notice a bunch charges on my online CC statement that I did not make. Jos. A Bank, Cavenders (some cowboy apparel?), Macys, Macy's, some online florist, yadda yadda yadda... anyhow, about $3k in mechandise total by the time I called my CC company and they ran down the charges.

I suspect 100% that InstrumentPro took my CC information and made all of those fraudulant charges. Thank goodness I am with a CC company that has a superb fraud department.

From now on, no more questionable online stores for me. Amazon, World Music Supply, Musician's Friend, etc. only.

The worst shopping experience ever. They lie about products being stock, they lie about shipping and after all the trouble they put you through they send a defective product. They even charge your credit card more than the billing amount. So many screw ups, they should not be licensed to sell in USA or anywhere really.

They charged my order three times, were skeptical of me explaining that it was an error on their part, and rudely blamed me for it over the phone. I called to talk to Eric and was put on hold, then hung up on after waiting about 15 minutes. After I cleared up this mess with them after 3 weeks of calls and e-mails, I finally got my order cancelled. Who wants to buy from a place like this? Stay away.

I was a little skeptical about this store because of the bad ratings and extrememly low prices, however I went through with my purchase and boy was I surprised. I bought a casio 150AL Digital piano. Intrument pro was very cheap, $300 less than guitar center. The piano is brand new (factory sealed box) and is exactly what I expected. They have free shipping. They let me use a coupon on top of the low price so I got this piano at a steal. They also threw in free headphones and a bench. The customer service guy let me swap the bench for a better one and I just paid the difference in value. Plus, I recieved the piano in 5 business days! I cant believe how well this went. I am very happy. Surprised other poeple had bad experiences with this site.

The price on this website is cheaper than others, but don't get stuck in it.Because you will find the shopping experience very bad after you order.
I once ordered a digital piano on this site, and just want to cancel the order
in the morning before they get to work. But after that they denied that I had cancelled the order and insisted that the piano was "automatically" dropshipped after I ordered. That was not true, as they won't ship the product to you so soon. They just want you to reluctantly buy everything without second thought.What their cancelation policy is? It is based on that prerequisite that they didn't ship it or process it.Be careful, don't buy anything from this website.Or else you will feel cheated.

I bought a Beringer 8 channel headphone distribution amplifier on July 31st. 1 week later I had not recieved shipping information so I called and spoke to Eric their rude customer service person. He informed me it would be shipped on Monday. Today is August 14th and I have still not heard anything from them. They did charge my credit car...twice in fact...and they told me on that same call....human error so sorry!
I would never ever buy from these folks ever again, their lowest price claim is false, the other claim to Best Service...is also false.
I will no longer save a few dollars on shipping after expeiencing this disaster of a company. And true as the other messages are, no one has ever called me back or replied to an email from me.

Stay Away! Customer service definitely not their strength. Ordered a simple item two weeks before Christmas, was supposed to receive in 5-7 days. After 3 weeks, began investigating. 1. Don't expect to talk to a real live person on the phone, expecting them to call back if you leave a message is absurd. 2. They do not respond to emails, even if you are asking them to price-match something, business must be too good to bother with those. Sometimes I would get a real person on the phone, all were polite (at first) but no one seemed to have a grip on handling the situation. Once I stayed on hold for 13 minutes. One woman was actually on top of things, told me they were out of stock, mfg. was backordering. She called me back with an estimated shipping date which was accurate. I know the holidays are different, and they don't have any control over the Mfg. backordering, but ALL I asked for communication, because my "ordering" son wanted some answers for his "receiving" sister on her missing Christmas present. So, 8 weeks later, at least I got my merchandise. Never again. Take my advice, PAY a couple bucks for shipping and shop elsewhere! It's not worth the headaches.
