I used to shop a lot from Bloomingdales.com before April, 2010. Bloomingdale's returns services sucks! I returned multi-items and some item were never refunded, including 1 burberry lady trend, 1 burberry shirt and 1 juicy couture jumpsuit. I called them many many times but no one, including their CS manager, cared! I have not received my over $1000 refund yet! Really sucks! Fishy business!

I have placed 3 orders on Bloomingdale's, none of which made me happy. The web page uses wrong picture and introduction, leading to my ordering wrong items. The shipment email confirmation and invoice say something were shipped, but I can't find them in the box. Customer service is useless. Horrible shopping experience. Keep away from it, especially when there isn't a local Bloomingdale's shop near your home, or you will waste money and time for their mistakes.

Many online products are actually out of stock. A lot of items I ordered got canceled. However, they never return the shipping charge for those items.

Last time I ordered from Bloomingdales (8/06), had numerous problems and difficulty finding status of orders and returns. They did not have a record of one order and did not follow up to resolve as promised. E-mails took several days for response or else no response at all. I may give them another chance because I like their merchandise and selection, but in this day and age, it should not be so difficult to track orders and respond to customers online in a timely manner.

Credits for returns take 4-5 weeks - really unacceptable when you compare them to most online retailers. The returns department is disorganized - emails to the company take several days for an answer and they often have no record of the return.
Returns to the brick and mortar store are not helpful - they don't give you a credit - they just ship the clothes to the catalog company which they say is a different company from the store. I will pass on purchasing from them in the future - too bad because they carry Theory.
