Quill is the most capricious store I have ever deal with. I place one order with $50 off $100 coupon. My order was canceled by Quill with no reason. And they still send me one item in the order by quill's mistake. They offer me a 50% discount to keep this item. After I accepted it, they denied this offer and told me that the full price has been charged and I have to refuse the shippment to get my money back. I called in quill and told them that it is not my order and they don't have the right to charge my credit card. However, a crazy lady YELLED at me and insist that I have to pay at full price. I NEVER receive the shippment and my cridet card was charged. Several days latter, Quill send UPS to pick the item I never received because the track information said it is delivered but NO signature was on that.

The following are the emails I got from Quill. Please carefully consider my experience before you are going to order anything from Quill.

Email 1 (Cancel my order with no reason):
Dear Customer,
This is a courtesy email to advise you that we have cancelled the order
you placed today that included Instant Coupon Code VPV. As stated on both the Instant Coupon page and in our Order Restrictions, Quill has
the right to reject orders that contain promotion codes obtained from a source other than Quill, such as from an internet bulletin board. For
your convenience, we have included a link to this page.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Email 2: Shipping one item and offer 50% discount

Dear ****,

Thank you for responding.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Instead of canceling your complete order, a portion of your order was shipped and is on it's way to you.

The portion of your order that shipped is on Quill order # 5378283. The item which was shipped is item # LC51CL3PK. The total for this order
comes to $36.53, which has already been charged to your credit card.
Would you be willing to keep this item with a 50% discount?

Email 3: deny the 50% discount

If you do not want this merchandise at the regular price, please refuse the order when delivery is made. Once the merchandise is received back in our warehouse, we will issue full credit to your account. You will receive a copy of the credit memo in the mail within 5-7 business days.
This credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
