I have had a Virtual Bank account for over a year now and have had a wonderful experience with them. Their interest rates are competitive and some of the best I could find anywhere. They are an "online" bank, but they are FDIC insured and have proven to be secure and efficient in their transactions. This bank has no hidden fees and there is a $25 minimum balance for the first month, and after that there is none. I've never had a problem withdrawing money of any amount.

The only cons is that you must have a personal checking account that you link to this savings account. As far as I know, there are no ATMs. Also, there is a small delay when transferring money (2-3 days). Other than that, I've had absolutely no problem with this bank.

Also, for signing up with this bank by using a referral link you can earn $20 - just for signing up. You receive the referral links from existing customers. I still have a few left and could send you one if you'd like (my bonus is that I also make $20). Also, as an existing customer, you can give out referrals and make $20 each.
