What is the point in offering expensive expedited shipping if handling takes 5 days for an in-stock item? They still haven't reported to FatWallet either, let's see how long that takes. Horrible service, but the item ordered is amazing.

My first experience with Zales.com was not a good one. They cancelled my order because they oversold it and all they offered was a lousy 10% coupon that expires in three weeks as compensation. I won't be shopping there again.
