The website is down or slow to load at least once every week. Anime inventory seems to be really low since 90% of the dvds I have in queue is always out-of-stock. No indications of how long a member has to wait for any of the titles. Been 2 weeks and my top priority title is still out of stock. Even though some titles have already been release a week to two ago, they are still listed as 'coming soon'.
Delivery time is fantastic since in the same county as the company is in. HOWEVER, checking in time not as fantastic. Takes on average of 3 days to check movies in. Same county = 1 shipping day. Takes 3-5 days to check in? On average, you only get 2 dvds a week at $16.99 w/o per month. So ended up paying $2.30 or $2.40 for each dvd, if you are concern about getting your money worth unless you are used to paying $4++/dvd.
If you lose the return envelope, you have to fill in a web form, then wait for them to reply you and send you a new one before you can return the dvds. However, CS returns your mail addressing your concern much faster than NetFlix.
Will wait and see how this goes.
