I placed an order with ProFlowers and not only did I pay extra for a quick delivery, the flowers never showed up. It didn't help that the flowers were for my mother because my grandmother had just passed away and I live out of state. I had to call more then once to finally get the situation taken care of. They offered an "upgrade" on the arrangement that ended up not being upgraded at all. Customer service showed complete indifference to the whole ordeal. I won't shop with ProFlowers ever again. I was terribly disappointed. |

I'm a repeat customer because overall, they have the best products at the best prices. Delivery has been very reliable and the one time there were problems, they honored the guarantee (roses looked good when they arrived, but drooped instead of opening; they were replaced within 48 hours).
But I really don't like the fact that you have to get so deep into the ordering process before you find out how much the flowers really cost. |

in 2005, I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday. the arrangement i selected on the ProFlowers website did NOT match what she received. not only that, but my mom isn't one to look gift flowers in the mouth, but even she kinda said something about the arrangement being lackluster. even though they refunded me my money, i swore i would never use them again.
fast forward four years to this past week, and i thought i would give them another try, again for my mom's birthday. i selected an arrangement of 7 sunflowers. she received 5, A DAY LATE!! after having paid for "express delivery". The customer service rep gave me some run around about the agriculture laws in CA and then offered to send MORE flowers and refund me just my shipping charges. Uh-uh, i said, i want all my money back, and this will most definitely be my last order from ProFlowers. The end. |

I ordered some sunflowers for my mom's birthday and she thought they were beautiful EXCEPT ... they started to wilt within the 3rd day although they are guaranteed to last at least a week. When I received a follow-up email from ProFlowers, I took the opportunity to thank them, but state that I had been slightly disappointed - I can get similar quality flowers from the grocery store that last longer and are more inexpensive. That same night, they offered to make amends by sending a replacement bouquet (of equal value) for free. Considering I only spent $19.99 via a special FW offer, I didn't find an adequate replacement so asked them to go ahead and send any flower variety of their choice - they were kind enough to send a bouquet that goes for $34.99 on their website. I have never experienced such excellent customer service and despite my initial problem, I will use ProFlowers again and again ... |

I've been using ProFlowers for at least 5 years. In my experience, compared to any other florist, online or brick and mortar, their quality and prices are always better. EVERY TIME I send flowers from this company, the recipient calls me exclaiming how totally fresh and gorgeous the bouquet was - like they go out of their way to let me know how much they loved the flowers. I've used other companies, and the response from whoever's receiving the flowers is not as enthusiastic as when I use ProFlowers. I've probably ordered 30-40 times from them, and although 90% of the time I was very pleased, there have been some minor mishaps. Once they shorted us a dozen roses out of a large order, but CS made it right to my satisfaction. Lately, sometimes, their roses are a little lean and not as nice as they used to be years ago. And, they're showing up a little more dinged around the edges. But, the rest of their variety continues to be extremely fresh and impressive, as well as long-lasting. Their website is clean cut and easy to use. Also, they do send you "deal emails" but - there usually are some good deals in those emails so I don't mind. Overall I highly recommend. |

As with others on this site, I experienced issues with ProFlowers - I placed an order two days before it was to be delivered. At 5:41pm on the day of delivery, I received an email from customer service that the flowers would not be delivered. UNACCEPTABLE. Customer service was cordial and offered to refund my money, but I will never consider using this company again. Buyer beware. |

I routinely use ProFlowers to order bouquets for both personal and professional reasons. In the last month I have ordered 17 times and have not had one problem. They deliver on time and the product is as expected. There was one occasion where they even upgraded the vase, as they were out of stock on the one I had chose. |

A lot of the negative comments for ProFlowers seem like isolated incidents that made people very bitter. I have NEVER had a problem with ProFlowers, and find their prices to be better than other sites and their flowers seem to last longer than when I've ordered them elsewhere. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've had bad experiences with other sites and never ProFlowers. |
