Prices are high but with sales and Cash Back work out to be competitive.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to complete my order due to their problematic credit card verification software.
I ended up ordering from Drs. Smith & Fosters and paying a higher price.

Good products and good prices, when used with coupons. UPS, which they use for shipping, SUX. UPS crushed my order and PS sent me overnight replacements. Sent original order back, UPS prepaid, and it has been all over USA trying to be delivered, per the UPS web-site. Oh, well, PS is still good, their customer service will deal with UPS.

prices are on the high range, but with coupons they come out cheaper than other sites. Got a Ecco for a excellent price. Fast delivery and good packaging. However, i do hate USPS, which they use.

My first order was placed on 1/23/08, got shipped email at 1/28/08 said my item already shipped. But today(2/1/08), they did not have my package ready yet. Called them, they have very bad customer service, they need another 2-3 weeks to have this item shipped to me! Just cancelled my order and was told I must wait one week to get my money back! This will be my last order from them.

Look online to make sure they had an item I was looking for. Went to the local store and the price of the item was almost double of the one online. Asked the clerk and she said "oh yeah the website has lower prices, bring in a copy of the site and we will match it". Ok so if I didnt ask I would have been charged twice as much. Next day bring in a print out and they match the price. I think its really stupid since anyone can change the prices prior to printing and bring it in the store. If they have two prices for an item, the clerk should be able to check the web price himself and save me the trouble of printing out a page from the website.

Their selection is fairly good. Depending on what you buy their prices are either average or a little high.
Watch out if you ever return anything that you bought with a coupon. When I returned a purchase on which I had used a coupon it completely confused them. First they refunded too little and then after I emailed them they credited too much. I then called them and they still couldn't figure it out even when I explained it step by step.
