OK.. I ordered something from them.. paid for it and all that good stuff... now they won't give me my Cash Back!! They erased it.. THEY SUCK!

AE ships their items very quickly; I get them between 3-5 days, rather than the 3-10 days that they say. It is easy to return; I always go to the store to return. The only problem I have with them is that you cannot cancel orders, even if you just made it. Once it goes in the system, they can't cancel it. (When you make phone orders, they tell you this, but on the site I don't think they do).

I LOVE this 'store'. But the website is a different story. I ordered a lot of items as gifts. After I ordered, they let me know that some of the items were on back order. I still haven't received any of them! Who knows if they will be here on time?!?!

Received a coupon for 15% off "the entire AE and aerie Holiday Collection." No mention whatsoever of any type of exclusions. I entered the coupon only to find that I would be receiving less than a 10% discount. I called customer service and was told that the discount did not apply to clearance items. The coupon does not exclude clearance items nor does the website as it discounted 1 of the 3 items I purchased following the "clearance" link. When I mentioned that it was discounting an item from clearance, the associate I spoke with could only tell me that "it shouldn't." I think if Clearance items are to be excluded from coupon savings, it should be clearly stated on the coupon. If I wasn't buying these items as a gift, and the gift recipient wasn't sitting next to me as I processed the order, I would have cancelled it. This is the absolute last time I spend any money with American Eagle. Shame on them for disceptive advertising!!
