I know I will not be buying from this company again. I ordered two items, one of them I received (a punchdown tool), and the other item which was shown in-stock, never shipped (one keystone jack). And all email attempts have been completely ignored. I find this extremely pathetic, as all I wanted is info on when it might ship, or if its out of stock. They won't even reply to any questions about cancelling it, or returning an order.
This is just unacceptable for any business. Now I have to go and waste more money buying the keystone jack from someone else.
Not replying to emails is one of the major signs of a poor company.
