My son is celebrating his 21st birthday on February 6, 2006 and wanted a reef aquarium which neither of us knew how to establish. We researched many sites and decided to make our purchase from Blue Zoo Aquatics because their site offered outstanding informational details and pictures to help with our selections. There was also discount coupon available online. Also, when we contacted Blue Zoo after purchase, Mark and Adrienne spent as much time as we needed clarifying the process and helping us through the process of setting up the environment every step of the way. When we received the products like live rock, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the selections. We have both decided that any further purchases will be made through Blue Zoo even though we might find cheaper prices shopping around because we don't think we could find better customer service or support. Thank you Blue Zoo professionals!

I ordered a complete filtration package including sump, protein skimmer and return pump. The customer service person, Adrienne, who I spoke to bent over backwards to make sure I was getting the right stuff for the aquarium I am setting up. I will definetly shop at Blue Zoo again.
