Avoid this company. They said blu-ray player was in stock and would be shipped immediately. A week later they still haven't shipped it, or updated order status. No replies to emails. Horrible customer service. If you actually want a product don't buy from them.

I will not buy from this company again. The rebate company they use pulls tricks to avoid sending rebate. PC Connection pushes it all back to the consumer to deal directly with the rebate company. I'm filing a complaint with BBB and FTC.

Appear to have competitive prices but unfortunately they never answer emails. I wanted some info on a product but they would never answer. Made me wonder, so I did not buy. They lost a sale and a new customer.

Ordered a Hanns-G monitor and received it quickly and it great working order. The rebate company (not PCConnection) went bankrupt and failed to pay the rebate. To my great surprise and delight, PC Connection stepped up and paid the rebate themselves! Amazing customer service.

I ordered and receive th Hanns G 19" monitor.
Months later, when they tried and could not contact Hanns G about the missing $100 manufacturer's rebate, they issued a $100 refund to my credit card.

Would never buy from this store again!! Purchased item within rebate period. PC Connection shipped item late even though the confirmation indicated immediate shipping. Invoice dated outside rebate period even thought I purchased item within rebate period so I no longer qualify fo $350 rebate. Customer service department was rude and not helpful.

this store tricks on rebates..
i ordered an LCD monitor (haans 194D)but they mailed me another one which has almost the same specifications (haans194DP) which also qualifies for the 100$ rebate, so i didn't bother to change. but after they received the rebate they told me the upc # is invalid, wtf!

I hate this company. Don't risk it. They screwed me over, wasted my time, and wasted my money. Buy anywhere else but here.
