Horrible customer service. 99% of the time you won't reach anyone, and they will not return your calls/emails. Their return policy is also not honored. They would not let me return my order in-store, and charged me a re-stocking fee because my items were heavy (floor mats). Check bizrate.com for customer reviews, before you let autobarn take your money.
