They have gotten more progressive and I like their BOGO sales. I will never have my items shipped to the store though because they take forever. I am talking about a MONTH and I have two Payless stores within 8 miles of me.

I get things sent to my home (I always get free shipping because I pay over $50.00 for the orders) and they come in a much shorter amount of time. Returns are VERY easy at the store. Never tried to return things via the site.

Their styles have gotten really cutting edge! I was surprised to see what I did and for the price I paid. Everything went smoothly for me. No complaints.

Placed an order online. According to webpage I was supposed to get an email when the order shipped and another email when the order arrived in the store ready for pickup. I got the first email of when the order was shipped but never received another email. I tried to check on the website to see if the order had been delivered to the store, the website does not show any specifics about shipping orders. After waiting for a month I called the store that the order was supposed to be delivered to. My order had arrived 3 weeks prior to my call! They never called nor emailed me! What lousy customer service!
