I got the $20 back from Fat Wallet. The check should be in the mail as I write. It was just confirmed. Another note: Look for the year-long contract to save you another $5.00 per month.

I had the same prolbem. But then I signed up through just regular AT&T webiste and fatwallet realized that I did the sign-up through them and my rebate is coming.

DRY-LOOP ORDERS - NO Cash Back
I tried to order DSL-through-dry loop using the "$20.00 Cash Back Rebate Available". After entering my information, I get the following choices:
*Order high-speed Internet AND new AT&T local phone service.
*Order high-speed Internet only.
*Order high-speed Internet by adding it to my existing AT&T account.
*Check availability for a different address.
I chose "Order high-speed Internet only", and got the following message:
This promotion is available to business customers only. If you are a residential customer, please call our residential customer service center at 1-877-722-3755 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PT to find out about the great residential offers we have available for you.
Error Code: 229
So I guess no Cash Back for me...
(This is in Los Angeles, California).
