Prices are great but Customer Service is THE WORST!! Obvously outsourced to a mid-eastern country, they rarely know what they are doing. If they do solve whatever problem you have, it takes AT LEAST 30 minutes, sometimes over an hour, to do it. If their rates weren't so reasonable, I would dump this company solely due to the incompetence of its Customer Service.

Service is good but with thick accent. With ability to buy on line and activate on line, interaction with CSR's is limited. Adding minutes using Tracfone makes service much more user friendly.

TRacfone seems to be having operational issues - you may want to buy with caution. WBAY TV (Green Bay WI) has posted a story about this problem: http://www.wbay.com/Global/story.asp?S=4293184. Wisc. Consumer Protection has apprently even sent a warning letter in the past. There are now reports of unresponsive/busy Tracfone.com activation site and CS phone lines. I have experienced this today as well. Anyone know if Tracfone is having financial issues that could be the cause? This is a sudden quality/service drop for what was one of the higher rated Virtual Mobile Phone operators.
