The item that I ordered contains many pieces and they were all out of sorts. I'm not sure whether this is National Geographic's error or if this is the fault of UPS. Either way, it is rather upsetting as this is a Christmas gift.

I tried to use the Free Shipping w/ $100 purchase, coupon code MR10035, it didn't work. Had to call in to save the $15.95 S&H and lose my FatWallet rebate.
