nsale is a bunch of assholes. They cancelled my whole Christmas order without any justification. They did not tell me why it was cancelled, they still haven't answered any of my emails even after 2 weeks.

Be careful ordering from them! I ordered a Samsung LCD from them about a month ago. The day after I placed my order, a rep from there called to "confirm my identity". She said I had to call them back from the phone number associated with my home address to confirm my identity, which was wierd. The phone associated with my address is in my husband's name only -- and we only use it for the computer - there isn't even a physical phone in our house. Plus, I had given them my cc number which is associated with my cell phone number only.
Then, she said if I couldn't do that, all I had to do was confirm my last three addresses. Um, hello? Where would they get this info except from pulling my credit report?

And to add insult to injury, they didn't even have the tv in stock, contrary to their web page, and didn't know when it would be in.

So I cancelled. This was around June 10th. My cc still had $980.00 "on hold" for them, even though I have documentation that the order was cancelled.

So, order from them at your own risk! I can't believe fatwallet is associated with them

I ordered a Kyocera KR-1 router. Onsale had the best price, but shipping was high side. Since they are in CA, it shipped to me overnight. I wouldn't be hesitant to purchase again from them, but only if the price was right.

I purchased a 50" dlp Samsung TV... The price was very good and easy to order online. But... customer service/or their system is not good. I had to call them several times to find out the status of my order... and they couldn't tell me or the website system when or/and by what shipping company they sent the TV.
I finally got the tv within a reasonable time... so they did their job well but again they need to improve their system.
Also, I paid for the extended warranty and I didn't get any a paper or something for proof of purchase... or maybe that's normal? I'll have to call them again.

I purchased an IR-4300 crystal USB 2.0 4 port hub from them on 12/5/05. It is now 2/19/06 and the order status still says IN PROCESS. I have received no email or contact from them stating the item was out of stock. My VISA has been charged and paid. I will NEVER shop with them again and plan to cancel the order.

I ordered a product here on Monday, 1/23/06, and it arrived Friday of that same week. I did not upgrade to priority mail, since I thought their shipping fees were a bit high, and it seems I didn't need to. The item I ordered was $20 less than elsewhere, works fine, and arrived in a timely manner. What more could you want? I would definitely order from them again.

item that i purchased had 2 rebates ($40 total) that needed to be received within 10 days of order. when i request for status of order, no one replied to my email until a few weeks later. no one picks up calls at their phone number. after the item was shipped, i called them and finally got a hold of a sales rep for the company and he basically told me that there is nothing they can do regarding the rebate because it's not their rebate. i was forwarded to their manager's phone and got a voicemail. left him a message of my concern and never heard back from them. the item was backordered for over 3 weeks before it was shipped to me. i would never do business again with such an irresponsible company that does not try to help out the customer.
