I used VistaPrint for family photo items. I was very satisfied. I got a family photo book, photo magnets, pens, photo mouse pads, photo mugs, photo tote bag, hat, and key chains. For the price, I think their work is lovely as far as photo items go. I found the best coupon/sale codes and got great prices and free shipping. Very happy customer here!

I have ordered about 50 items from this company ovdr the last few years. Its tricky to get to know their advertising gimicks, but I have to say. I know how their site works, I perform 100% custom items without a hitch. Tip: Add all your items to your shopping cart that you want. Then go to each email, website link, etc, that says they offer VP discounts. Your shopping cart prices will update each time you link back from link/email to shopping cart. You will be amazed at the price difference. I have a folder just for VP, I save them as they seem to not expire. When needed I perform the above and I always get a bargain.

Checkout takes 1/2 hour due to all the unscrupulous upsale attempts. Don't bother getting the Free Business Cards because you pay for it in higher shipping fees anyway. I made sure to uncheck every "Special Offers" and email alerts checkbox, but I'm STILL getting spammed by VistaPrint

I have used VP for over a year now and have placed a couple orders a month. I am very happy with my orders! I pay a little more in shipping, but considering that I don't have to drive to go get stuff printed and I can reorder at my convenience, I am coming out way ahead! Kudos to Vista Print!

I was hesitant to use VistaPrint due to the many neg comments below. However, they had just what i was looking for, and I took a 'chance.' I am glad I did - my order came out perfect, with fast delivery. I did not have any issues, so I did not have to contact cust service...based on my experience, I would recommend vp.

I have to update my post. I just had the most awful experience with VistaPrint. After my personal check experience (below,) I thought at least they are safe for business cards. NOT! They have a new thing where for the next 10 minutes, you can add something to your order. DON'T DO IT! These items are not added to a shopping cart! They are immediately added to your cart. Note: VistaPrint does NOT have any customer support -- at all, not even an email address -- on the weekends. I had to send this message via their "Feedback" form: "CANCEL my order #xxxx. Your HORRID company has NO customer service on Saturday! I had no idea I was PAYING for the OPTIONAL items offered to me after my order. I THOUGHT I was adding them to my SHOPPING CART so I could THINK about them for a few minutes. INSTEAD, your abusive company CHARGED me. Yes, I am contacting my bank as soon as it opens at 9 am EST as -- guess what? -- they have customer service on a SATURDAY. I will take WHATEVER action I can to CANCEL your charge. If you DARE try to charge my card again, I will be contacting whatever LAW AGENCY is available to me. I will NEVER order from your SCAM company again." Yes, I am fit to be tied. I had recommended this company for business cards to friends, but now that they have added this new feature, I am not only never recommending them again, I am calling those people to WITHDRAW my recommendations. This company has in their FAQ that their system is completely automated and that they will NOT be able to cancel my order. I wish I had read that first. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. The few $$$ savings is definitely not worth their scams.

Uneven results. Have purchased business cards with no problems. But tried buying personal checks. They dropped a number off both the routing number and the account number. When I called in for a correction, instead of offering to reprint, they said they would refund my payment less shipping. I thought the CSR was nuts, so I asked for a supervisor. She agreed I'd entered the correct numbers. VistaPrint dropped them. So she sent a reprint. They didn't bother correcting the error! What a waste of time. The CSR I spoke to a second time (with a thick accent, I could barely understand her) said I had already been refunded to a (cancelled) credit card. I said that couldn't be. She said she'd check. There had never been a refund, of course! So I'm supposed to get a merchandise credit -- because, guess what? They cannot print out checks with my correct numbers. What kind of check printing service is that? I will attempt to use the credit towards business cards, but I won't be surprised if I have to make another phone call or two to actually get it. Not only that, it expires in a year. Very uneven experience.

I ordered 1500 2-sided business cards using my own design, on their most expensive card stock (which increased the price quite a bit from the "free" offers). I must say I am really dissapointed by what I received. While none of the cards were cut decently centered, there were many that were actually cut beyond the safe margins, ruining the design. Then, my company's blue came out fine on the back side, the front side of almost all the cards was purplish (inconsistently - some cards more, some less, none actually blue). I haven't tried their customer support but I do not expect much, based on the reviews... Stay away, I have tried other cheap printers and they never got the job this wrong.

I have ordered at least 7 or 8 times from VP and have been happy every time. A hint to those who place all-freebie orders: If you have at least one non-freebie on your bill (f.ex. business cards for 90% off or something like that), it will knowck down your shipping expenses by a lot. on a big order, you can easily save 10 dollars on shipping, by adding a 2 dollar item.
As for spam: my email address has NOT been given out to anyone from them; I have a dedicated VP email address and for the past 3 years have ONLY received emails from them. Yes, they do write a lot, but they also announce good deals in their mails. If they bug you that much, they are easy to filter, since they always come from the same sender.

I've ordered many times from VistaPrint.com. Multiple sets of business cards, invitations, brochures, etc. Everything has been extremely high quality, fast shipping, cheap prices, and great products. Sure I Get emails form them every few days but that's what filtering is for.

I Highly recommend them.
