I have ordered from Drugstore.com and it's sister site Beauty.com about 40 or 50 times. Twice I had to return something and just had a horrible experience doing so. This last order of over $100 I returned and it got there within two weeks of being received. I kept e-mailing and they said it takes 45 days to process the refund. It's been 60 days and several e-mails and no refund or response.

Horrible Experience!! Bait & Switch advertising! Shipping may be slow--UNLESS you are trying to cancel an order that this company cancels the gift with purchase! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is my 3rd order from Drugstore.com (1 previous from Drugstore.com and 1 previous from Beauty.com) - I did not experience any issues whatsoever with any of my previous orders, the shipping times were "as promised", and I quickly received my Cash Back from both of my previous orders. I am a very satisfied customer of Drugstore.com, and will continue to shop there!

Drugstore sucks. Lots of items are near expired. Horrible customer services. Never get your things returned and refunded.

Horrible customer service. If you have an issue, expect to send ~5 emails before you get a response that even begins to solve the issues. RUN AWAY!!!

I order frequently Philosophy and Meyers products from Beauty.com and Drugstore.com. Not for price but for convenience and selection. But BEAWARE I have ordered over 10 times and have never had FW Cash received or reported. Once I made a claim and was rejected. So dont depend on FW for %

Prices are not all that great--the same items are cheaper in my (upscale) neighborhood grocery store. You're paying for convenience and selection, however, so whatever.

My large order qualified for "free" shipping, but was a bit annoyed when one of the items (on backorder) actually did have shipping charges attached. I shouldn't have to pay because they're out of stock.
