Wow! I purchased the tea of the month club for my grandmother for xmas and realized I put the wrong address. I emailed the company as soon as I realized my mistake. Their response was very quick (within one day) and we were able to solve the issue. Great customer service. I was impressed and I can't wait to see how my grandmother likes her gift!

Very fast order processing times, great selection, and wonderful, high quality teas. The Ingenuitea pot is a great gift for anyone, and very useful at both home and work. Sometimes they are out of stock on teas that I like- but overall, they're great!

I ordered just before noon PST yesterday and the order delivered this morning (shipped via Standard rate). Holy cow! I love Adagio.

I have throughly enjoyed the loose teas I have ordered from Adagio. I would LOVE it if they would offer a sale or coupons for us so I can re-order soon. Product selection is wonderful, product descriptions are above board. Customer reviews and comments are interesting to read.
