Their billing department sucks... no clarity and they charge as they wish but after calling them 3-4 times u generally get it resolved.... either a clarification or a refund.. over all service is good.

I transferred from Vonage to Sunrocket a month ago. My number transfer was completed successfully from Vonage to Sunrocket too. Now, everyone in the world (except Vonage users) can call me on the ported number without any problems. However, when Vonage users try to call me, they get a "This phone is not in service" message.

Ordered one connection . Was charged 2 times . Have been calling them up , emailing them to refund the money back , still I have not seen any credit on my account . THey charged me 200 bucks extra on my credit card , caused my card to go over the credit limit , for which my CC charged me over the limit fees . Asked them to refund it , no response . Without any rhyme or reason , they charged me two times . THeir billing department is totally useless . PLease make sure this does not happen to you
