The worst car rental company I have ever seen. Make sure that the next time you use enterprise, make them write down the exact return date and time on the contract, otherwise they will charge you for one more day. Also, make sure that you have them write down all the detailed information about your car, otherwise you probabily will end up buying a new car for them. Also, do not call them since they will never answer your call, and even when they finally remember to reply you after 10 days, they are rude and mad since it is all your fault to rent from them. So my conclusion is, get away from enterprise as far as I can. I would rather buy a new car instead of using enterprise.

I worked with the manager for a rental while my car was in the shop. Gave me insurance company rates and scheduled pick up - then they were a no show. When I called to see where they were I was told my reserved car was unavailable and they did'nt have anything to replace it. Missed work and appointments as a result. Finally I borrowed a family member's car - 9 hours later, Still waiting for my call back from Enterprise (I was supposed to recieve a call within 30 minutes.) Best part - they weren't going to call me and let me know they wouldn't be coming. I won't go near this company again.

Close to home and picks you up. Good prices with a coupon, they seem always out of cheap cars in my area so I always get free upgrades.
