Do not buy from stubhub. Sellers have no ratings. Customer service is bad. You may or may not get tickets and then its a fight to get your money back. Possiable Fraud. People can sell tickets that they do not even have

DO NOT BUY.... REPEAT DO NOT BUY... they never intend to give the Cash Back and their prices are way high then normal if you include their service charges a exhorbitant 10 to 25$ per ticket. They refused my Cash Back stating they gave commision to some other site other than fatwallet.com... I had not clicked any other site... KEEP AWAY FROM THEM... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

Not only did they never intend to give CashBack, but their prices are insane. 15% commission for sellers and 10% for buyers? Try eBay or your favorite personal scalper instead; tickets there are almost always cheaper to buy and sell.

I had a similar experience to atthemargin. Bought tickets through them -I have tracking and note plus the order details but no CashBack. They have closed the investigation and will not look into it further without a satisfactory explanation. The tickets I bought would have been cheaper on eBay. DO NOT BUY FROM stubhub - you will not get CashBack.

Simply unacceptable type of seller. Do not buy from this store! You will simply regret that you did some business with this ticket seller. A Cash Back was promised before, but now they are saying that they do not have any record of it (even though I have a note and tracking number). No wonder stubhub was dropped or not issuing any Cash Back. Simply I do not think they had any intention of awarding one.

i wanted to buy some normal cleveland indians tickets and on this stubhub site they over priced the tickets by $30 dollars the only way i knew that is because i went on the official cleveland indians site to see how much it would cost to buy straight through them and it was $30 bucks cheaper
