I also tried the service for three months. After spending quite a bit of time (and money) answering the same questions over and over again, (their questionaires seemed redundant and didn't really cover issues that might be important to the end user) I found I had very little to show for my effort - and, unfortunately, everyone I've spoken to about eharmony has had similar experiences. I have no idea how their "matching" system puts people together, but I can say this, I've had better luck on blind dates.

I gave it a try for 3 months and did not find 1 person that I wanted to get to know. The compatiability test is flawed in several ways, and does not make accurate matches. They also ignore factors such as education, race and income, therefore presenting the user with matches that are not appropriate.
