Odered my items on a Thursday and recieved the order that following Tuesday. Pretty fast turn around. Great prices and sales, this is the way to shop for Christmas!!

customer support wasn't helpful. they didn't have an item in stock and they don't let you know when you place the order. they tell you a day later or so. so if you're trying to use google checkout $10 off $30, it may make you fall short of the $30 and not qualify for discounts. once your order is processed, they don't let you add more items or cancel your order. no flexibility. customer service is not helpful and they give you attitude. only the prices on their website, i find to be good. otherwise, get them in store if stock is available because it's such a hassle dealing with them.

Great sale prices. Didn't have a problem with ordering or receiving my items. I only knocked down the product information by a couple points, but still above average, because I would love to see more angles of the item I'm buying. (See Zappos for an example) But overall I had no problems buying from this store.
