My first purchase went great. I called and confirmed an item was in stock and delivery time prior to ordering. I got the item 2 days quicker than expected - that is always a welcome surprise! Fast and friendly --- will recommend and shop again.

Site does not tell customer which parts are in-stock. If a part is in stock (and you will never know), your order will be held up, and you will not be notified. After 5 days of ME contacting them concerning my order, they finnally told me a part was not in stock. I emailed and phoned them, and it still took 5 days. This is unacceptable. Also, they did not give me a tracking number for my shipment, after REPEATEDLY asking them for one. AFTER the order was delivered, I finally got a tracking number. Unacceptable again.
