I ordered some stuff in Dec last year and my order didn't turn up in a month (they advertised delivered within 10-15 business day), I contacted them a few times and everytime the response is "the parcel in on its way and please wait for another week". And now it's Feb 2013 my order is still no arrived yet, and I requested for the refund. The representative rejected due to their policy "no refund is applied unless they proved that the parcel is lost", WTF, they always say the parcel is on its way but they never able to prove where they found the status of the parcel (I used their tracking system and the status is never updated). I feel hopeless for this store and I don't know whether I can receive it in my life time. Shame on you DX, and your staff are rude.

I ordered a bluetooth adapter on 02/09 and got nothing for a month. After I contacted them on 03/09, they keep telling me that my order will ship "in a few more days" and ask me "with patience". Now, 80 days later, still nothing. This is a scam organization and stay away, save your time and money...

I ordered a few items from DX; it took them five days to “complete” the order. After more than a month I still get nothing. They totally ignore all my requests about my order. I’m not sure if they ever shipped it. Save your time and money, stay away from this retailer.

Purchased a 1200 lumen flashlight (sku 57007), batteries (sku 50486), and battery charger (sku 22576), all were out of stock and back ordered. Waited 5 business days, still back ordered. Tried chatting online, not a single operator came to respond my request for live chat. International phone number is too expensive to call. I decided to cancel the order and yet did I recieve my refund. I am going to report to PayPal of this. Horrible company, more like a scam organization than a real business.

I purchased my Tablet PC from FatWallet because there was no way in hell I was giving my credit card number to a company that can barely write English. Sorry, it may sound stuck-up of me but I just don't trust a company that has the grammar of a 4 year old.
At least Fatwallet has accurate English and comprehensible sentences; and if you think that's not that big of a deal, read at the complaint of the guy below me...

I bought a pack of SKU40704 from DealExtreme at $1.70. On the website description is as below,
Stylish Sticker - Medium (Color Assorted) - Contains 5 different colors: Blue/Orange/Purple/Green/Red - Can be used in the house/home or other public places
However, I only got one color, which is orange, and only one sticker in my package.
What I got from their reply was I misunderstood their ad. According to the representative, the word “contains” means that these colors are available but does not include all of them. (I have no idea where they got the definition of “contains” from.)
DealExtreme describes that the item I am purchasing "Contains 5 different colors: Blue/Orange/Purple/Green/Red". If you look up the word "contains" in the dictionary, you will find that it means "to include, or to have as content". This means the item I purchased should include 5 different colors of stickers. Even their photo of the item has 5 stickers in total. This is what we call false advertisement if in reality I am only to receive 1 sticker.
Again what they replied was “We apologize for this inconvenience that we have brought you. It write "Stylish Sticker - Medium (Color Assorted)" on the net, that means the color was random”. (Again, I have no idea where they acquired this definition.)
ASSORTED- adj consisting of various kinds mixed together; miscellaneous: assorted sweets
Here is the definition that I found on dictionary.com http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Assorted
How come their definitions are so different from the official definitions? I never knew that “assorted” meant that I would receive a random color. If they wanted to send a random color, then say it’s a “random” color. After more than 7days of trying to communicate with them to get what they posted on their website, I found out we are speaking in two different languages. Whatever I said (as above), they just replied me “Sorry, we apologize for this inconvenience”. I gave up in the end because I don’t want to waste any more time for a $1.70 item.
If you have time to waste then you can place your order with them, however, I’m sure there are tons of other web stores that have better prices and descriptions than this one. This is my last time dealing with them. I will definitely NOT buy anything from DealExtreme ever again.

Well, placed one order one month ago and have not received anything yet. I’ve been contacting with the company for a week and NO responds. Opened a case at Paypal and see if I am lucky enough to get my money back. It is my 1st time and pretty sure it will be my last order through this site!

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything expensive here, but it's a great site for cheapo stuff. One cable I received was DOA, but after contacting them, they sent me a new one for free (I didn't even have to return the defective one). Also, don't expect speedy shipping. Usually packages take at least 2 weeks to arrive.

Deal Extreme - DO NOT SHOP THERE!! Yeah, they have low prices. But for me, I placed an order in January. The company stated that my cc would not be billed until the item was shipped. My card was dinged right after ordering. Then for nearly 4 weeks they strung me along about the status of the item until finally they said the items was "permanently out of stock" and that I would have to select "another item". B.S. says I along with a request for an immediate refund (which they eventually agreed to provide after 5 days. A week later, no refund. I filed a complaint with my CC company and they have given me credit for the item.
