two roombas (orig red and discovery) and one scooba doing full load duty at my place. With three cats and living in the mountains, these babies get a work out. I love coming home after a long drive home, taking three minutes to set them in action. I can start dinner and go up to shower, and the place will be nice and tidy by the time I'm done.

Good products, but CRAPPY customer service. 3 emails and 1 phone call to try to cancel an order and NO RESPONSE at all. Then I find out days LATER, that order has shipped.
Tried to contact customer service for parts on an existing Roomba, NO email response after 10 days.

My have got a Scooba several months ago, she hasn't had to mop again. So, we heard about the Dirt Dog, and I bought one last week, just for me. It's the new Roomba, but for tougher jobs. I do a lot of woodworking and general shop work. I turn it on at the end of the day. When i come back the next morning the floor is spotless. This thing picks up everything. I have to recommend both these products because they are making our life easier.

order/delivery score: 100% satisfied with how irobot/fatwallet/google checkout handled my purchase/delivery maintenance/follow through: unknown, haven't reached that point...but I've heard good things

I have a roomba AND a scooba, and I absolutely LOVE them both!! The website also has some really good deals occasionally. Recently I got a nine-pack of the Clorox Scooba solution for $22!! Great products and great deals!!

The Scooba is a vacuum and a mop? I thought it just mopped. I've had a Roomba for a while now and I love it. I opted for it over the Scooba because my kitchen is relatively small and I figured the vacuum would be enough but now that I know it does both... damn.

This isn't so much about the iRobot website (sorry guys) but rather about the Scooba I just bought. We've owned a Roomba for the past couple years and liked it so much that we decided to make our lives easier yet again with the Scooba. It's basically the same concept as the Roomba, bouncing around off walls and low-lying furniture and cleaning along the way until its algorithm has it complete the entire surface area, except unlike the Roomba it's both a vacuum AND A MOPPER! It lifts the dirty muck off the floor, and all you have to do is empty the tank at the end. I'd love to say that it's priceless, except it does have a price: a few hundred bucks to make your life a lot easier? A very good deal, I think.
