I bought a digital camera at this company on May 19, 2006. I received a confirmation of the order on same day. On May 21,2006 (Sunday), I received a phone call asking to confirm the order. I said to complete the order. The salesman then said I should order a memory card (that was overpriced). I declined the offer. The salesman then said he would send me a refurbished camera for the order (which was not what was as advertised or disclosed previously). I told him to cancel the order. He then said I would be charged a 20% restocking fee, though the camera had not been shipped. I said if he did, I would dispute it with my credit card. He retorted he would ruin my credit, and send the fee to a collection agency. He then hung up on me. I called the company the next day, and talked to customer service. They didn't want to talk about it and was totally unconcerned about my problem.
