I bought a china cabinet from Great Priced Furniture last year. I was billed $1,864.57 including shipping on June 11, 2007. In July the cabinet was delivered damaged and the shipper returned it with permission from Great Priced Furniture. A replacement cabinet was not delivered until January 2007. It was missing door hardware. Great Priced Furniture sent the missing parts and a repairman to fix the problem. The repairman declined the job because he coudn't do it without a helper. A second repairman was sent and he said the doors were not properly made and could not fix the cabinet.

We cancelled the order. GPF offered us a 15% discount if we let them ship another cabinet; however, GPF had offered us a 10% discount late in 2007 when we tried to cancel the order but they did not credit the discount.

They are now accepting the cancellation but won't return a shipping charge of $339.57. Since they never delivered a satisfactory cabinet after having all my money for 8 months, I think I am due a complete refund and I intend to sue them to get it.

I strongly urge you not to purchase anything from Great Priced Furniture.
