Will not purchase from them again. My story: 9/27: Ordered a pair of shoes, received & returned them to exchange for a different size. 10/17: New shoes were shipped according to Shoemall. 10/31: Over 10 biz days and did not receive shoes. (I've tracking status as proof). Contacted Shoemall Customer Service via e-mail. No response from them. 11/3: Contacted Shoemall again. CSR finally replied that a tracer has been sent and refund will be issued after I signed the tracer. 11/12: No tracer was received. Contacted Shoemall again. CSR said new tracer will be sent on 11/13. 12/1: Still no tracer was received. No refund was issued. I'm going to let my CC company handle them.

the first CSR i talked to about price guarantee 110% over the phone was completely clueless, or better yet ignorant, about price matching my order placed earlier today. and her attitude was very rude and annoying. she kept insisting Shoemall.com's price guarantee means refund of returned shoe plus the shipping. i was really shocked at how helpless an CSR could be. i read her what's written on their own website to explaint better. in the end, following a high-pitched noise from the other end of the line, the lady hung up the phone, ashamed or satisfied of being a pain in the neck.

I bought a pair of shoes in size 9 but when i received the item, it was mis-sized. It was a size 7 shoe instead of a 9. I contacted (emailed) Shoemall and told them that I wanted to return and rebuy the shoe again and asked whether I had to pay for the return shiping. I received an email back saying "The customer pays the return shipping." There is no way a 7 is going to fit me! so now I have to pay shipping for Shoemall's mistake.

Very pleased with customer service. I sent my girlfriend a pair of rain boots but sent it to the wrong address. I called Shoemall and they called FedEx for me to try to change the address. Because the package was already on the truck the address couldn't be changed, but Shoemall arranged for the package to be rerouted to the correct address.
