very disappointed. I bought a game for christmas on Dec 3. nothing by Dec 16, so I emailed. Nothing still! when I hadn't heard by the 19th, I called, and was on hold for a half hour. they said the game was backordered, and didn't know when it would ship. they said the best they could do was cancel my order. They wouldn't offer me a discount or anything else...said they couldn't afford to give discounts. most stores will offer something to compensate for mistakes, but not this one!

I ordered an HDMI cable and it took 2 days to get here. Very fast free shipping depending on where you live. I'm in the same state as one of their warehouses. I called customer support for a billing issue and I could get to a real person very quickly. I've ordered from this place twice already and think it's great.

Ordered a guitar hero game for PS2. Order went through, prompt email confirmation and CC charge. Order status showed "sent to warehouse" for a few days, but no tracking #. Emailed customer service, got the reply that product on backorder. Wasn't happy and requested cancellation, but instead ... received the product next day! In total: good price, fast shipping (after all), a little frustration due to some confusion on their side.

Ordered 2 games, received one around 2 weeks with free shipping. Other game was out of stock/in backorder even though site says in stock/available when I ordered. I was not informed of this and my son waited and waited, looked forward to the mail every single day. I finally emailed c.s. but they did not respond. So I called them instead and that's when I found out that it wasn't in stock, so I just cancelled the remaining order. BTW, they charged my visa even though the game never shipped. Almost 2 mos. later I have not yet received credit for this.
