Only a 30 day warranty on their merchandise??? It's been almost 3 months since I got my wife her new wedding band and one of her smaller diamonds came off. I called ICE.com customer service and was informed that their "warranty" only covers the 1st 30 days. If I want I can ship it to their jeweler and have them inspect it and THEN give me an estimate. Thanks, but no thanks ICE. Probably my last purchase from this retailer.

Good product selection, but prepare to be gouged on prices. Purchased a ring for $240 and later found it on another site for $160, a sizeable discrepancy, and they don't offer a price match guarantee. Would never shop at an establishment that does not stand by their products and pricing structure.

I have shopped at ICE.com many times and don't know why I continue to shop there. I have returned more cheaply made bracelets than anything. I oredered a 11 carat Ruby bracelet and when I rec'd it,it looked like they forgot to finish pushing down the prongs. The Rubies were loose and I sent it back. I decided that was a fluke and ordered another one. It arrived within 8 days or so. I loved it,wore it the 1st day and looked down and a Ruby had already fallen out. I have had more problems, but this is just the latest problems with this company. To send it back you have to call a 1-800- number and then they will send you a sticker for you to return all paper work and the jewelry. Keep all packaging so you will not have any problems. I have learned my lesson, you pay for what you get,and I like for my jewelry to be made with nothing but the best of everything! I want mine to last...Sorry,ice,but this time I swear,never again!

I just received my first order from ICE.com. All I can say is WOW. The prices were SO good, shipping SO fast. All of that was great BUT the quality of this jewelry is OUTSTANDING!! I could not be happier. Can't wait to buy some for myself!

It is great to find a trustworthy online jeweller that you don't have to worry about making a mistake on your gift purchases. I'm junking Zales and going ICE.com for my purchases from now on!

Wonderful expirience for me! I've purchased a gigt for my wife. It was shipped within 24 hours and arrived in 3 days wonderfully packed. The product looked better than on the pictures!!! I'll definetly buy from this company again
