Great products and service. I've used their products for almost 2 years. Once one of the powders split in the packaging. I let them know and they sent me another one plus a lipstick. Very personal customer service.

I love this company and there make-up. I have ordered from them on many occasions (I have been a regular customer of theirs for over a year), and I have never had an order that was missing items. I have emailed them on several times to ask questions or make requests, and I have only received the best, most prompt customer service I have experienced anywhere.

I haven't had any problems with this store. I love their samples very generous... and their product is much better than Beare Essentuals.

Ordered dec. 6. 2006... for 2 sets. 2 of them was both missing a product. The product came like 3 weeks later for only one set. STILL MISSING one product!!! Didn't come until another week later. I had a hard time contacting them. They do not respond to blogs or email. If they don't like your blog comment, they won't even include your comment in the blog. They want to make themselves seem like the nicest company ever. But in fact, they are the WORST! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Everyday Minerals does indeed make good cosmetics. However there is no way to reach them by phone. The numbers are voice mail only. They recently messed up bad on my order. I was told by the shipping manager Andrew that he would call me the next day and overnight it however he never called me back and now the company has changed their shipping phone number. They totally ignore my blog posts, emails, voice mails, etc. I am polite and professional and have said nothing offensive. They are a scam company in my opinion a company that is unresponsive and does not care about their customers. How do you contact them if there is a problem with your order? You don't. Don't order from them.

There are several other companies that sell similar products - This is the best! Also gives you free samples to try before you buy on many of the products. I had a problem with the colors so I called and we spent 30+mins on the phone talking about what color was that really. GREAT customer service. I have used this for 6 months and have had no problems with my very sensitive skin. I have not worn makeup in years - but this got me started again. I look just like me, but better...not "made up".
