Horrible customer service and misleading advertising! I purchased a fragrance finder for $25 that included a $20 "gift card" for a future purchase. I was told by a customer service representative that even though the "gift card" states the card was only good on a fragrance purchase over $30, I could use the "gift card" on any purchase of $30. However, when I tried to use it, I was told the customer service representative I spoke to was wrong, and they would not honor what their employee represented to me. Also, the description did not mention that the "gift card" required a mimimum $30 purchase. Can't believe the company is still in business with customer service and tactics like this.

terrible experience! I ordered 4 items on Oct14 and just received 1 item, the other 3 were backorders. They shipped 2 items on mid-Nov, and the last one on Dec4! almost 2 months past! and they keep charging me the wrong number. there should be a 15% discount, but they charged me the full price when they shipped my backorders. I have to argue with them twice and wait almost 10 days to get my money back.
