Great prices on Advantix... Shipping is painfully slow.

After finding a great deal on a dog collar, I go to checkout and shipping is minimum of $13.95 (under $30 purchase). USPS First Class is under $3.00 for a 1lb package. That $14 shipping is beyond unreasonable. They're pocketing off shipping...sounds a lot like a shady eBay seller to me!

They sent the wrong item twice. I called the customer service...they gave me a full credit and asked me to donate the unwanted toys!!!
They were great!.
All of my dog park friends order from them.

Their shipping method is horrible, very slow and not reliable at all. They need to choose someone other than USPS to ship their products.
