No response from CSR ever. Contacted them for no calls going through, for no 50% off calls posted anywhere -- contrary to what was advertised at sign-up (banners, 50% off on certain days. Checked their timezone, everything is fine... yet no bonus and silence in response). Glad I did not order $20 card at once for some other advertised bonus. Wasted money and time, a gang of crooks.
