6 PM has great prices- just be careful that you don't buy something that requires customer service, because it's really poor.

I recently bought a large, expensive piece of brand name luggage there. On my second trip, the handle fell off! I contacted the site abotu warranty information, and after about 3 days, they got back to me (apparently from India) and told me that since they had sold out, they had no information about the product, and that since 30 days had gone by I couldn't return it. I can understand the return, but I can't understand why they couldn't give me warranty info on a product I had bought there.

Another time I bought a brand name product, and I believe it was a knock off. They did end up taking it back, but this was obviously disappointing.

Bottom line- don't buy anything there that you may need help on later, or anything that you are not sure isn't a knockoff.

as for me, I just don't trust them.

This website is a thief. Sends you wrong item, then tells you that the one which you booked is out of order and then ask you to return item on your own expenses. Never ever buy it form 6pm. Just pay few buck more and get it from websites like Amazon.

First order with them and I was more than pleased with the prices, order efficiency, and delivery. No problems at all.

Beware!! This is a very bad company to do business with. In several years of frequent online shopping this is my worst
experience so far. Customer service is non-existent. Be aware that if you order a pair of shoes from 6PM and something is
wrong with them, you will be on the hook for roundtrip shipping costs - which can total $20.00 or more - when you have to
return them. They have deliberately disabled the customer review feature on each product page - a customer "service" rep
admitted that to me - so that when a customer has a problem with something ordered they cannot post any comment which
could help a future customer in deciding whether to order the item. This amounts to intentional concealment of
information which is relevant to a purchase decision. Their prices are not low enough to make it worth the risk of
ordering from them.

I have ordered from them several times. the prices can't be beat if you shop the sales. Be sure you know what you are buying before you buy an item.

This website sucks!!!! Do not shop with them!!!
I got a pair of shoes from them and wore it for like 20 days, and one of the shoes fell apart. I contacted them a little more than 30 days after I got it, and they would not take it back, and they were talking about their stupid 30day return policy (they count from the day you placed the order). Just horrible! I never expect that I can not return anything that can not last for 20 days! You will be screwed if you get defect shoes from them.

6pm is what it is - it's a deep discounter for overstock from Zappos. I have bought $120 shoes here for less than 1/10th of their price. So I don't expect the same kind of customer service that I get from Zappos or other online e-tailers.

That said, 6pm does import the sizing survey info from Zappos, and it will tell you if a particular model fits small or large. Pay attention to that if you're worried about having to send shoes back.

Thus far, I've only gotten one pair that didn't fit well - even though I have ordered sizes that varied pretty widely, based on their sizing-survey info. That one pair, I chalked up to the "cost of doing business" and donated it to a local charity. I have more than recouped its cost from other 6pm purchases.

They sometimes have great prices. However, they have horrible customer service policies. They make you pay for return shipping. They also do not allow exchanges. If you buy a shoe that doesn't fit, not only do you have to foot the cost of the return shipping which can be very high for bulky items like shoes (eg, $12 for a pair of loafers), they also make you re-purchase the item again instead of exchanging it. Their "sales" only last one day so by the time you receive the shoe and realize it doesn't fit, they have raised the price to several times what you paid. This is a very customer averse practice so I would advise to only purchase shoes where you are familiar with the brand and fit.

Got 2 pair of bass shoes. Can NOT beat the prices. Shoes were mint condition, and shipped to me within a weeks time. Ya just need to check them out fast when they have something or brand you want since they are limited supplies at the prices they offer.

I have ordered several shoes from them. All came as described, fairly fast shipping though not the quickest it wasn't bad. Prices are good, best to shop the sale selection than sort by lowest price or biggest discount. Lots of shoes are the fashion rejects of others sites but I always find a gem or two!
