I have to say that FOG DOG is by far the best company I have delt with as an online business. I know that many people have had bad experiences.. but I had an issue with an order that I placed with them and they quickly sent a new one and paid for the shipping back for the damaged one ! No wait times on the phone and SUPER customer service. Such a breath of fresh air

Wish I'd been smart enough to read these reviews before I ordered!
Same old, same old. Ordered a gift of two workout outfits for a friend. They cancelled two of the items. No reason given. Long story short, it turns out that they were sold out (fine) but I was never given the opportunity to either substitute and item, wait for a backorder, cancel my order, or anything. I went around and around with customer service via email. Bad, horrible customer "service"! Finally, after calling customer service on the phone, I was able to substitute a different color for the out-of-stock items, and it ended up costing me $2 and change more. For the $2 I was glad to be rid of them.
Warning - Fogdog.com also operated under Oshmans, Richards's Sporting Goods (they wouldn't let me use the nickname for Richard, but you get the picture), Sports Authority, and many others.
Any "deals" are not worth the hassle.

I placed an order on 12/29/03. On 12/30/03 they cancelled it with following different reasons
1. From Phone CSR : Customer Cancelled it 2. Email from fogdog : Item unavailable 3. Online Order Status : Missing info in order.
Above that all Customer Support Supervisor don't want to speak on this issue. I did wait for him for about 15-20min after that CSR (not supervisor) told me that he will not be able to speak with me.
Please never buy from them

No problems getting two orders from fogdog. Can't comment on shipping charges, since both orders qualified for free shipping.

Cancelled my entire order, I had 4 items and ordered early. Fogdog won't be getting anymore of my business!

Ordered on 07/31/2003. Received email on 08/05 that part of my order cannot be shipped. Charged me full shipping! Called the CSR to cancel the whole order, it was DENIED. Said that if I refused, they will still charge me for the shipping.
